Overview

To make our items more affordable, we may use a 3rd party warehouse provider to manufacture and ship our items directly to you.

Our main warehouse is based in Christchurch, NZ, but we also have stock in Australia, UK and USA.

Change of mind / incorrect items / incorrect delivery address

Once an order has been paid fr, you are unable to modify it. It is automatically sent t the most suitable location for fast picking and packing.

Damaged items, manufacturing errors

Please get in touch with us and send details of the issue and a photo of any damage. We may be able to offer a replacement or a refund depending on what happened.

Shipping Location

We have a network of shipping partners, if you are based outside the USA we will most likely use a different partner to get your order to you quickly.

Shipping times

As soon as you order, the details are sent to our warehouse system for dispatch. To ensure you get your new items quickly, we try to send it out the same day.

Below is the standard shipping times. Please note COVID has thrown a curve ball so these do vary.

USA, UK. Europe – Shipping up to 5 – 7 business days
Canada, Norway, Australia, New Zealand – Shipping up to 5 – 15 business days
Rest of the world – Shipping up to 5 – 30 business days
